Blackburn WwTW Amp6 Upgrade – Laing O’Rourke | United Utilities
Installation of free-issue stainless steel air and process pipework (200-1400nb), supports and launder systems to each of the 6No. Nereda cells and associated tanks; Design, supply & installation of carbon steel coated pipework and supports to the drainage, backwash, and storm return pump stations, Design, supply and installation of WIMES coated carbon steel overflow weir box in the detention tank.
Carlisle WwTW Amp7 Upgrade – Advance Plus | United Utilities
Design, supply & installation of carbon steel coated pipework and supports to the UV & Tertiary Treatment areas (600 – 1200nb), Detention tank pump station (600nb), Storm UV pump station (600-900nb), Screw Pump station (1200nb); Installation of free-issue stainless steel penstocks; Supply and installation of penstock operating gear.
Warkworth WTW Upgrade – J N Bentley | Northumbrian Water
Refurbishment of 4No. clarifiers including the removal of all existing pipework, supports and launders and the design, manufacture and instakllation of new stainless steel inlet pipework (200nb), low level chandelier assemblies, outlet launder channels, flushing system and launder and pipework supports.
Mosswood WTW Upgrade – J N Bentley | Northumbrian Water
Removal of existing filter internal pipework and launders (12No. filters); Design, supply and installation of carbon steel coated pipework and supports plus installation of 12No. free-issue Evoqua UV filters; Design, supply and installation of replacement access steelwork to each of the 12No. filter cells.
Southend Sewer Pump Station – Freeflow | @One Alliance
Installation of 5No. free-issue submersible pumps within 20m deep wetwell; Design, supply and installation of all new carbon steel coated pipework and supports within the wetwell from each of the pumps up to ground level and through to the inlet building.
Burnley Pump Station – Advance Plus | United Utilities
Design, supply and install stainless steel access steelwork/ladder system within 20m deep wet well; Installation of 1200nb carbon steel coated inlet pipework.
Beckton WwTW – Laing O’Rouke | Thames Water
Installation of free-issue grit bridge and rail system and grit classifiers; Design, supply and installation of carbon steel coated and ductile iron pipework and supports for the Supernatent, and Liquor return pump stations; Design, supply and install pvc washwater pipework to inlet screens, stone traps, wash compactors, grit launders, grit classifiers, and hose reels.
Cropston WTW – J N Bentley | Severn Trent
Design, supply and installation of access platform system and security fencing. Installation of free-issue kiosk and penstocks for reservoir draw-off.
